In centering the black voice in this response to a corrupted supreme court further selling out Americans to powerful wealthy dark money actors, let's also ask how can white people best relieve the burden of exhausted black advocates?

Make the response tactic-specific.

Perhaps a starting point is to align tactics to Stacy Abrams 10-steps work, which recently merged with The Save Movement.

Thank you, Suze. I have in notes somewhere to circle back to those 10-steps of Abrams and have forgotten about it.

Love, friendship and respect do not unite people as much as a common hatred for something.

The depth of racial hatred ("America's original sin") in this country is a powerful indictment of humanity. I would despair were I so inclined, but I love my wonderful Black brothers and sisters too much. I'll stand with them always.

“I’m including myself in this.” Yeah, me, too. This is not a time for any smug complacency. We’re at a point where we’ve got to pause and worth fierce intentionality go deep and then deeper on multiple issues—all of which revolve around racism, and the fact that whatever is blocking us from dealing with it as a nation has to be identified, called out and them moved against. This is critical work anyone with a heart and a brain cannot shirk.
